Jeremy Waller served as the General Manager and VP of Operations for the San Diego Mojo which compete in the Pro Volleyball Federation. He was selected to be Employee #1 by the team's ownership group which was led by 5-time Olympian Kerri Walsh Jennings. Jeremy was responsible for the team's launch which included hiring of the coaching staff, front office personnel, acquisition of players, and team and game operations.
In 2022, Jeremy transitioned from the COO to the CEO of Sports Channel Media, Inc., a SaaS company that specializes in video and content distribution for youth and amateur sports, after joining the company as the Director of Business Development in 2017. With more than 16 years of experience working in the youth travel sports space as a small business owner, Jeremy provides significant insight on how to best adapt live streaming technologies and create an amazing experience for viewers. Also in 2022, Jeremy founded Bootstrap Athletic Development to equip athletes with the tools and resources to maximize their potential.
Jeremy served as the Co-Director of the MIT Baseball Academy from 2012 – 2016. The academy facilitated the development of baseball players from the ages of 8 to 18. In 2015 he served as the Director of the Target Recruit System, which provided athletic metric testing and college placement services for athletes. In 2010, Jeremy served as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Grossmont College for 7 years, where they won the State Championship in 2017.
